For this section, please do the following:

• CLICK on the link for the Student Registration Form
• The form will open as a “view only”. Click “file” and then “make a copy” to create a version that you are able to edit. 
  
  • FILL-IN all data fields for both students and teacher(s)
  • CLICK the “person +” icon under the file drop down to share your completed registration form by adding [email protected].
  • State coordinator will add your students to a spreadsheet that your site leader has access to view.

The convenience fee is required by NDACDA to help mitigate a percentage of money that is paid to REGFOX for processing payments online.
